Processing Time

Physical orders are typically processed within 3–7 business days before shipment. Processing times may vary during busy periods or holidays.

Shipping

All physical orders are carefully packaged and shipped with a return label attached.

Once an order has been shipped, we are not responsible for packages lost during transit. However, if a package cannot be delivered and is returned to us, you may contact us to discuss the next steps.

In this situation, you may choose between:

  • a refund for the item cost (shipping fees are non-refundable), or
  • having the package shipped again at an additional shipping cost.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.

Customs & Import Taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs fees, import taxes, or additional charges that may apply in their country.

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the packaging and product so we can help resolve the issue.
